They are speaking English. The Woman who is working talked to me via telephone when I back Modlin, she is polite helpful. She called me when she come to airport , I waited inside of Airport. Best Parking ,I recommend it.

Once again I used Bastion, but this time with the family accompanied by a ridiculous amount of luggage. Helpful and friendly service as always. Thought I had a problem with the car on returning and without hesitation they offered to assist.
