"Location was good, but we weren’t happy with the staff. Our accumulator was down and I asked the guys who work there for the help. They offered “their help” but only if we pay them additional 50zl. It was not only about money but also they were rude and said to take money from ATM faster because he is leaving.."

"Nobody speaking in english. Was calling couse couldn't found a office but when i called a staff dropped down a phone couse didnt understand me. Also when i came back from holiday they couldn't understand me too. I think at least 1 person in a shift should speak in English couse its airport."

"Obsługa (z wąsami) bardzo słabo, pozostawie bez komentarza. Okno w punkcie obsługi klienta otwiera się na wysokości pasa i znajduje się naprzeciwko drogi wyjazdowej z parkingu, gratuluje pomysłu! Lokalizacja jest świetna, ale cena za to podwójna w porównaniu z konkurencją."
