"Worst experience in my life. Driver does not speak any language apart from Polish. No English,no Russian, nothing. There is no pick-up system. We called first to be picked up from the airport, but driver does not care and he lets other in. Then when he came for the second time, we had to fight with other people to get in to the car, and driver was just standing and doing nothing, even though he said that he will pick us up once he is back. Worst experience in our life as we had to fight for a car with 2 babies, after waiting 40min in the rain. Never again choosing them."
