Very happy with the service overall. It's very convenient and the drivers are courteous. The only complaint I have is picking up the car in the departures area, because the elevators to get up there are always broken so we are forced to walk to the other end of the airport just to walk back to where we need to be. It wastes both of our time. This only effects people with luggage and children though.

Absolut wütend. Sobald ich gelandet bin, habe ich versucht, die Firma anzurufen – keine Antwort. Nach 20 Minuten hat endlich jemand abgehoben, nur um mir zu sagen, ich solle noch einmal 20 Minuten auf mein Auto warten. Ein absoluter Witz. Ich habe am Ende über eine Stunde gewartet – genau 1 Stunde und 20 Minuten. Als das Auto endlich kam, war der Fahrer völlig unhöflich und hat sich nicht einmal entschuldigt. Dieser Service ist eine komplette Katastrophe. Unbedingt vermeiden. Totale Amateure, null Professionalität. Nach einem langen Flug braucht man so etwas am allerwenigsten. Ich musste alle 15 Minuten anrufen, aber das hat rein gar nichts gebracht. Spart euch den Stress – sucht euch einen anderen Anbieter.
