I had a problem with the parking. I booked and I paid everything online. I obtained a QR code but it did not work when I tried to get out the parking area P4. I had to call the "help" phone number and they finally fixed the problem by opening the barrier. But it shouldn´t work like that. The machine should properly read your QR code and let you go out. Please try to fix this problem. Thanks. The QR code should work in the machine. Please fix this problem.
