Have been using this car park for a long time but the changed staff is not reliable. Information on maximum 15 minutes to the pickup from the airport. Phone call after 15 minutes – “just about to depart from the car park”. Pick up after another 12 minutes later with no ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. Next time will decide for another car park.
