Information about the merger of companies
We inform you about the merger of Parklot Sp. z o.o. and Wakacje.pl S.A.
The Management Board of Wakacje.pl S.A. based in Gdańsk informs that on February 1, 2023, the District Court in Gdańsk - North, VII Department of the National Court Register registered the merger of the company Parklot Spółka with limited liability based in Warsaw (the "Acquired Company") with the company Wakacje.pl S.A. based in Gdańsk (the "Acquiring Company") by transferring all assets of the Acquired Company to the Acquiring Company.
The merger took place pursuant to Article 492 § 1 point 1 of the Commercial Companies Code.
As a result, as of the date of the merger, the rights and obligations of the Acquired Company are transferred to the Acquiring Company. The above effect occurred by operation of law, without the need to conclude any annexes or additional agreements.
