- acting on the basis of Article 500 § 21 of the Commercial Companies Code announces that on November 4, 2020, the Merger Plan of Parklot LLC and Wakacje.pl Joint-Stock Company based in Gdańsk at al. Grunwaldzka 413, 80-309 Gdańsk, entered in the business register of the National Court Register maintained by the District Court Gdańsk-North in Gdańsk, VII Economic Division of the National Court Register under the number 0000315229, REGON number 192058039,
NIP number 9570778385, share capital of 5,750,000.00 PLN, fully paid
(hereinafter: “Wakacje.pl S.A.” or “Acquiring Company”) in accordance with Article 492 § 1 point 1 of the Commercial Companies Code by transferring all the assets of the Acquired Company to the Acquiring Company (merger by acquisition) and makes the Merger Plan available to the public.
